Halo + Co belongs to graphic designer Haley from Chicago. Haley has some great visuals for recipes she makes, curated finds and also blogs about her personal life. She uses a FREE WordPress theme to run her lifestyle blog.

2. Mara Dawn



Mara Dawn is the owner of her own creative design studio and her lifestyle blog shares her passion for design but also a lot about her daily life (including one little one at home). Mara is using the “Hero” WordPress theme from Theme Trust with a lot of modifications to font and colour with her own child theme. BTW, her fonts are amazing. Mara is using Brandon Grotesque for the body and Abril Fatface for the headers. Both font she uses are from Typekit – a monthly paid service – but you can also pay for the web version of Brandon Grotesque and Abril can also be found for free at Google Fonts.

3. Makers Society



The Makers Society blog is curated by a group of 7 women. “Each bringing their own set of skills and hobbies, from graphic design to coding, floristry to sewing, baking to photography and styling, we love to share our knowledge with others and learn new skills through our blog and through our classes.”

Celestine is the lifestyle blogger behind Fernaly. Celestine is a barista in Philadelphia and therein lies her passion: specialty coffee. However, Celestine has a definite gift and eye for design as you can see in her blog posts (she also co-founded this design studio).
