German start-up Lifestream Creations introduces the Orwell app, a truly different mapping application. Using the iPhone's GPS, Orwell displays surveillance cameras nearby. Featuring an eye-catching and yet alarming interface, simple controls and a custom map design, the Orwell app demonstrates that the surveillance society, as described in George Orwell's "1984", is now not only a science fiction scenario.
