Event Description:
ATV's, Motorcycles, Jeeps & 4x4's, will all have access to over 200+ private acres of wooded trails including water crossings, hill climbs and other obstacles in this AMA santioned event. The NEO Jamborees are excellent for the beginning Jeeper and ATV/MC riders to listen in on beginners seminars, follow expereienced riders/drivers and get their feet wet in a safe and controlled environment. The event is designed specifically as a family friendly event for the beginner to intermediate riders and drivers but riders & drivers of all skill levels will have a great weekend of fun.
Some of the hightlghts of the 2013 event includes
•ATV’s and Motorcycles access to a full size TT Track and motocross track to test their skills.
•Children Designated "VIP playtime" from 12:00 until 1:00 on the big race track(TT-track) where only children 10 and under will be permitted to ride without the fear of the other more experienced riders frightening them.
•Jeeps and full size 4x4's will have full access the motocross track but once again the TT track is off limits at this time due to the upcoming 2013 race season.
•The trail leaders from Lake County Off Road will be holding a first time driver/rider meeting starting promptly at 8:00AM be sure to be at the meeting where you will pick up the latest updated trail map, current trail status, any rule changes, and the schedule of events for the day.
•LCOR will be offering a beginners basics of 4x4 class from roughly 9:00-10:00 AM in the pavillion for all beginners Jeep/Full size vehicles or any person who has never participated in a basics class or had the opportunity to ask questions of other off roaders and wanted to. At the conclusion of the meeting drivers will be able to join the instructors for a low impact ride on the trails where the only thing that gets dirty will be your wheels (No scratch ride) or drivers can be brave and strike out on their own to explore the trails and park. If your new to Jeeping/4x4's and don't want to risk damaging your machine or want a nice and easy way to see if off roading is for you, this is the place.

•Boy Scout troop 68 from Painesville, Ohio will be on hand once again this year on vendor/exhibitor row and will be selling all your favorite candy, soda, chips, and snacks prices range from $0.75 to $1.50.and the Scouts and the Scout masters will also be offering pressure washing again for all attendees. Be sure to get the mud blasted off your ATV/MC/Jeep before you head home. Cost for a full rinse/blast is a minimum $10.00 donation or $5.00 for a quick blast to get the mud off your wheels & tires so they are not out of balance on the highway as you head home. 100% of all money collected goes to support troop 68
•Covered Bridge Road Rally - Back by popular demand, Jeeps/4x4's and any street legal vehicles interested in a fall tour of (3) of Ashtabula counties covered bridges can meet the tour guides from Lake County Off Road at the pavillion near the front of the part for a prompt 2:30PM departure. Each vehicle will be given a map and information on the 3 bridges we will be touring. This will be approximately a 2 hour off-site event. Bathrooms are available at our last stop. Don't miss the opportunity to see and drive across the longest covered bridge in the United States right here in NE Ohio !! Be sure to bring your cameras for several fantastic photo opportunities. We also encourage everyone to bring a CB radios or handheld FRS radios for communication enroute with your guides. ## This is not an off road activity. Open to all street legal vehicles, No pre-registration sign-up required - All Drivers & passengers must have at least a spectators wrist band.
•Adult and Children’s electronic scavenger hunt. Starting at 4:00PM Staff members will begin to hand out this events list for you to find the objects located throughout the park and take a photo as directed of you and/or your vehicle with the object on your camera or cell phone. You have just a hour to turn in your photos. We have some great prizes for the first 3 in each category that submits the most correct photos. First prize in the adult’s category will be a family adventure package (worth $100) for the Fall NEO Jamboree in September
•Primitive camping is available and will be on a first come first serve basis. You may select your own camp site from those available when you arrive.This is primitive camping, no electricity or water is available. Multiple porta-pottys will be onsite. (1) family and no more than two tow vehicles with trailers per site, parking for additional tow vehicles can be provided as requested.. Small fires will be permitted. For those camping you need to purchase the Camp Site Pass which you will turn in during check in for your overnight wrist bands and a dash board camping plaque. All charges for camping go directly to cover the costs of porta-pottys, trash pickup and general park maintenance for the event. ## No Generators between 10PM and 6:00AM ##
•Food and drink concessions will be available for purchase from our new food vendor Friday night before the event and they will be serving Lunch time specials from 11:30AM until 1PM on Saturday, and will also be providing breakfast service both days
•As always Kids 10 and under ride for free
•50/50 Raffle and reverse raffle for prizes donated by the event sponsors
•Evenings entertainment will include a Fire (weather permitting) and we are also considering movie night and/or open mic night with possible special musical guest(s) in the pavilion..... If you play an instrument bring it along just in case.
•This event is open to the public and ALL clubs and groups across the USA. If you are part of a large group designated camping areas can be reserved so all your members can be together. •The majority of each rider/driver admission will be set designated to support future LCOR and NE Ohio events and for general trail preservation opportunities by Lake County Off Road and the OMTA throughout Ohio but especially here in NE Ohio.
•We ask all participants to please purchase your tickets online to assist in our planning and food preparation for the event. A very limited number of Driver/Rider Tickets will be available the day of the event for purchase at the gate and they will be $5 more than the online ticket prices ($30 Driver/Rider) - Passenger/spectator tickets will still be $5. CASH ONLY !!
•This is a rain or shine event - No refunds will be issued for any reason.
** IMPORTANT - For event insurance purposes ALL full size Jeep/4x4 vehicles driver must have a valid drivers license and provide valid proof of insurance, NO EXCEPTIONS !! - YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE IF YOU DO NOT BRING BOTH. Not only is It the Law, we require it for safety reasons. No Refunds will be issued if you forgot your Drivers License or proof of insurance.
