LOS ANGELES, CA -- (December 16th, 2014) -- Comic collectors will once again have something special to look forward to this December. Monthly subscription service Loot Crate, which sends themed crates full of geek and gamer gear to its subscribers,  has announced the inclusion of a special version of the "Batman Endgame #36" comic in its December crate.  The variant cover, which is exclusive to Loot Crate, was drawn by Greg Capullo, who also did the cover and interior art for the original comic. It features a close-up of the Caped Crusader getting punched in the cheek with a spring-loaded boxing glove.  Loot Crate's December theme is "ANNIVERSARY," which intends to highlight some popular franchises that have had recent anniversaries. With Batman's 75th this year, he fits in nicely. The deadline to sign up for the crate and get this exclusive comic is December 19th. About DC Entertainment: DC Entertainment, home to iconic brands DC Comics (Superman, Batman, Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, The Flash), Vertigo (Sandman, Fables) and MAD, is the creative division charged with strategically integrating its content across Warner Bros.
