MOULTRIE, Ga. (June 1, 2016) – Legacy Village at Park Regency staff and residents welcomed Colquitt County EMS providers on May 19 for an honorary lunch banquet.

MOULTRIE, Ga. (June 1, 2016) – Legacy Village at Park Regency staff and residents welcomed Colquitt County EMS providers on May 19 for an honorary lunch banquet.

“We are very thankful for our EMS providers who are here day and night for our residents in need. We know many of them by name and are confident in them as they take care of our residents,” Jennifer McLendon, Legacy Village at Park Regency’s Executive Director, said.

Food was prepared by Kim Kersey, Legacy Village at Park Regency’s dietary director.

Legacy Village at Park Regency was honored to welcome special guest speaker Paul Bynum, current paramedic and Moultrie native. Bynum graduated from Moultrie High School in 1976 and became a paramedic in 1980. Throughout his career, Bynum was the ER director for four years and the EMS director for 17 years.

Pastor Ricky McLaughlin from Moultrie Church of God opened and closed the EMS Recognition Banquet with prayer as he thanked and blessed the EMS providers.

“We can’t say ‘thank you’ enough for all that they do. It’s reassuring to know that we can trust our residents with Colquitt County’s excellent EMS providers,” Bryan Cook, Chief Operating Officer of Legacy Senior Living, the Management Company to Legacy Village at Park Regency, said.
