Without ever apologizing for who or what they are GWAR has been offendending  those that simply refuse to obey. Those that do are very happy to oblige and this group has been offending all sorts of people over the years/decades.
The video below is from The Jerry Springer Show when it was a decent talk show.

I saw that show when it first came out and although there are bands that have offended me I at the same time would fight for their right to do so as I support freedom of speech.

There is a killer track on this album and that song is "Nothing Left Alive" the rest of the album is good as well but for me this song really brings it home for me.

The band has been around since the early '80's and have toured the globe. The have embarked on a tour to support this newest album here are the dates below.

Canadian Dates are highlighted in green

“If anyone is gonna destroy the human race, it’s gonna be us...so get ready for the most epic struggle yet. Battle Maximus is destined to further solidify GWAR’s
place as the masters of Earth and Man, and no time-travelling demonic
despot is going to change that, even if we have to kick his ass in every
venue from the most puke-smeared club to the most illustrious festival
stages worldwide,” said Oderus. “The new show is going to feature Mr.
Perfect eating his own ass nightly, as well as GWAR
torturing the most annoying figures in the world of entertainment,
politics, and religion. Prepare yourselves for the most awesome chapter
in GWAR’s blood-soaked history yet. Hail Flattus!” 10/02: Columbus, OH @ Newport Music Hall

Here are some of the songs that you can expect to hear from them on this tour.In 2009 GWAR celebrated their dominance on the music world of 25 years in business of domination.

According to Gwar mythos,Oderus Urungus(above) is 43 billion years old, and was assembled on a planet called Scumdogia in "Syntho Womb 5" after pieces of his mouldy war
frame were found scattered throughout the galaxy. According to
interviews, Oderus' father was a supercomputer, and his mother was a petri dish. It is suggested in the lyrics of "Fire in the Loins" (from RagNaRok) that Slymenstra Hymen is his sister, but this is never fully explained.  Thank you for reading thisSincerelyAnthony Nadeau
