Position 1: Storyboard Artist:
Skills:
Illustrating the narrative
Planning shots
Drawing panels to demonstrate action and maintain continuity between scenes of an animation.
Desired Profile:
Good at story telling.
Highly film literate, with a good understanding of layout, composition
Sequential drawing and editing.
Should have excellent drawing skills
Ability to adapt to a wide range of styles and able to work either independently or as part of a team.
Be able to take direction, and be prepared to make changes to your work in response to constructive feedback.
Should follow established designs and produce consistent work, drawn on model.
Should have good communication and presentation skills.
Should be familiar with relevant storyboard software (Toon boom storyboard pro/flash).
Should be able to work calmly and efficiently to meet the deadlines.
Position 2 – Flash Animator:
Responsibilities:
2D Classical Character Animation in Adobe Flash
Sketching Characters and Freehand Drawing with volume and proportion
Understanding the Character Attitude and Anatomy
Animating scenes according to the given Composition and Story value
Handling character animation in software like Adobe Flash CS3/ Macromedia Flash 8
Desired Profile:
Work Experience of 2 to 4 years in 2D Character Animation
Education Qualification: Graduation/ Under Graduation
To have full understanding and knowledge of Classical Animation Principals
To have full understanding and knowledge of Adobe Flash CS3/Macromedia Flash 8
Position 3: Character Artist
Desired Profile:
Should have artistic ability
Create Animatable characters
Good skills in dress designing
Should have knowledge of Color Concepts
Facial expression on characters would be a bonus
Position 4: Tracing Artist:
Responsibilities:
Experience on 2D Flash, Adobe Flash tracing & Knowledge on Character Symbols & Rigging and character clean-up also.
Desired Profile:
Work Experience of 1 to 4 years. (Fresher’s can also apply)
Education Qualification: Graduation/ Under Graduation.
Knowledge of Drawing.
Position 5: BG Artist
Desired Profile:
At least 2 years of experience in animated series, TV commercials or features.
Excellent drawing skills with a great sense of color, design, perspective, staging, camera placement and composition.
Artists who are familiar with Toon Boom, Flash and/or Photoshop preferred.
Creative Skills & good communication skills.
