It is not an easy thing to be a single mother of three kids. For Megan Curran to be able to put a meal on the table and dress her kids, she had to look for four different jobs to do. Time came for Megan to ask for a leave so that she could be together with her kids. Knowing how hardworking she was, Next Sense together with Give Back Films made sure to surprise her. The team sent one of their members to her door to tell her that they were going to shop for the Christmas gifts then pass by a restaurant for some dinner. She got surprised on hearing that, but little did she know that there were other surprises on the way for her and the kids.
While away doing shopping, volunteers surfaced at her home and did a total cleanup. They installed a brand new security system, bathroom mirror, microwave and a dishwasher. On the compound that measures nine yards, they put Christmas lights and a Christmas tree as decoration. To surprise her the most, they bought a dining table for her, which had been her dream for a long time, so that her whole family would have the opportunity to have food together.
