We are pleased to offer 2007 BMW Z4 M Carbon Wide Body s/n 08381. The owner started with a new BMW Z4 M Coupe and then built the ultimate track-day racer with over $225k in build invoices on file. BMW Z4 M Coupe s/n 08381 was originally converted into full race specs by Fall-Line Motorsports in 2008 and has been continually updated to date. A new wide-body carbon-fiber body was ordered from Germany, further refined by Precision Prototype Composites and a Grand AM spec wing was added at a cost of approximately $70k. The 3.0 liter engine was updated with Dinan cams and throttle bodies, a Motec engine management system and Supersport headers; resulting in dyno-tested 400 hp at a cost of approximately $15k. Michelin Pilot tires are mounted on 18 X 11 front and 18 X 11.5 rear wheels by HRE and put the power to the ground through a full-race-spec suspension, a BMW E46 4:10 diff and massive Brembo brakes. Driver’s comfort and safety is handled by Cobra Imola driver and passenger seats and a 6-point roll cage with NASCAR side bars.
2007 BMW Z4 M Carbon Wide Body s/n 08381 was the cover car on Performance BMW magazine and was well documented in an eight page article. While the upgrades are too numerous to list in detail, the carbon fiber body includes a very large and fully functional front splitter, gaping vents in the trailing edges of the front fenders and countless louvres to extract air running atop the rear arches. The rear bumper has two big cutouts behind the rear wheels, fitted with winglets, and the twin Borla pipes of the custom Fall-Line Motorsports exhaust sit in cutouts either side of the license plate recess.
The 3.0 liter inline-6 has been fitted with Dinan cams and throttle bodies, underdrive pulleys, a Supersprint exhaust manifold and x-pipe which runs to a custom Fall-Line exhaust system topped off with a stunning CSL air box that dominates the engine bay. The end result is a gain of 57 hp for a dyno-tested total of 400 hp. The gearbox is an X-Trac sequential gearbox mated to a MoTeC M800 ECU configured for no-lift upshifts and traction control. The interior features a Momo 355mm steering wheel, a Safecraft fire extinguisher system and an Aim MXL Pista data system screen with Schroth six-point harnesses. The suspension features Moton two-way shocks, and a monoball suspension with H&R Competition 90 anti-roll bars. The Z4M sits on 18″ HRE wheels wrapped in slick rubber backed up with Brembo discs and four-piston calipers giving this car some serious stopping power.
2007 BMW Z4 M Carbon Wide Body s/n 08381 has very little track time and is a fresh and ready to go car. A great private track car, it can also be used for BMW club and NASA events and could be used as an outrageous street car in some states. Transport to and from paint and body shop, green windshield, remove and replace front and rear windshields along with 1/4 windows and rear glass. Strip car and prep for cage work. Build front half of roll cage with NASCAR bars on both sides. Paint cage and car white with satin black trim. Grand AM spec wing - all. Install carbon driver door, carbon passenger door, carbon deck lid, carbon rear fascia assembly, carbon hood Z4, clear carbon quarter panel left and right, clear carbon roof assembly. Install carbon fiber widebody kit, hood latches, and all associated body modifications, install of satin red racing stripe. Fabricate and build custom fuel fill. Trim, paint, and install Polycarbonate 06 BMW Z4 M Coupe front and rear Lexan windows. Install cold air intake plus left and right brake duct. Front C90-18X11 ET 2 rims 705/3.5, Rear C90-18X11.5 ET 1 rims 6.5-5.0. remove old wheel studs and install required new ones. Set shocks and corner balance alignment. Change oil, filter, transmission and differential fluid, bleed brakes, install new brake pads and nut and bolt. Install oil cooler unit and lines. Build new rear half of exhaust and make custom mount through bumper. Take out car, clean rotors and swap pads back and forth. Reassemble car and complete hours labor â street performance and repair. Total invoice - $73,904.05.

Install CSL carbon air box assembly, dipstick tube, M3 Alternator, full motec system with traction control, and electric radiator fan. Dyno tune. Perform nut and bolt check over car.
