What we have here is a spectacular example of a 560SL Mercedes Benz. It is hard to believe you could find a nicer or more fresh looking example of a pre-owned SL. This car has had one lady owner who lived in Newport Beach, CA. She bought the car new on 2/15/1988, from Jim Slemons Imports, a Mercedes Benz dealer in Newport Beach, CA, now Fletcher Jones MBZ. We have the original window sticker, owners’ manual, warranty booklet, maintenance books and extra keys, even the emergency key. The car was serviced by her local dealer, Jim Slemons then Fletcher Jones. The ashtray and cigarette lighter have not been used. The spare wheel looks brilliant; I doubt it has been out of the trunk. It has the tools and original MBZ first aid kit. The paint, interior, convertible top all are just superb with just the slightest wear on the drivers’ seat boulster. The mileage is only 126,600 from new, but if it said 26,600 you would probably believe it. These 560SLs have really become a desirable vehicle as they go so well. With-out doubt the best model SL made in this series of car. They looked great when new and still do today. Original style chrome wheels are on the car. This is the first year for air bags in an SL. Finished in Arctic White with Grey Leather and Black convertible top.
