Aston Martin Sales in Sloane Street, London supplied the car new and the buyer requested delivery at one of her favorite restaurants, the Butchers Arms. The proprietor of the restaurant must have been impressed with car as he purchased the car in January 2000.

All the owners maintained the car to the highest standards evidenced by an original Service Voucher book and continuation book showing 20 years of servicing by Aston Martin Works Service right up until 2004.

In 2004, the car was sold and it moved to the North of England then late in 2005, she was sold to her current owner via Post Vintage Engineers and has since attended a number of AMOC events and served as the wedding car at family weddings

The quality of service was maintained together with attention to the sills and underside and the car is presented today as a wonderful example of the very best of Newport Pagnell’s art.

It is rare to find a V8 Volante that has such a comprehensive history, a history that is reflected in a car presented in outstanding condition – not a shallow reflection of a restorer’s skill, but rather the deep patina of a quality that goes way beyond skin deep.
