SOFT GHEE MYSORE PAK
Mysore pak is one of the most popular sweets in India. Originally from Mysore in Karnataka, this delicacy is made using besan, ghee (clarified butter) and sugar and is available in almost all parts of the country. This authentic soft melt in the mouth ghee Mysore pak can be easily prepared at home in less than 10 minutes.
COCONUT BARFI
This is the simplest and easiest recipe of Coconut barfi using just 4 ingredients. The whole process of making this sweet takes less than 20 minutes.
BASUNDI / MILK KHEER
Basundi is a very popular sweet made using milk, rice, sugar and condensed milk along with plenty of dry fruits and nuts. It is commonly served during festivals, weddings, and other celebrations. This is one of the most favoured sweets at my home.
RAVA LADDOO/ SEMOLINA BALLS

Gulab jamun is commonly made using khoya, flour and sugar and flavoured with rose water or cardamom powder. On special occasions we usually prepare gulab jamuns using gulab jamun mixes as they are easily available and save time and effort. The gulab jamuns are ready in less than an hour and taste delicious.
BREAD HALWA
Bread halwa can be prepared in a jiffy and tastes delicious. You can serve it hot or refrigerate for a few hours and serve it as a dessert after dinner.
RAS MALAI
Ras Malai is a delicious sweet made using milk powder and milk. The recipe may look difficult, but it is easy to prepare and would surely find a place in your recipe diary.
CARROT HALWA
Carrot halwa is delicious and easy to prepare and can also be served as a barfi. This recipe requires just 5 ingredients.
PANEER PEDA
Paneer or cottage cheese is often used in Indian cooking to prepare a variety of sweets. The peda can be made using homemade or store bought paneer.
