This July, Keystone Pacific Property Management celebrates thirty years of service: three decades specializing in Orange County property management and Temecula property management, dedicated to serving both its customers and its community.

On July 2, 1982, Keystone Pacific Property Management was started with two employees, one desk and one telephone. The goal was to provide excellent customer service to all clients and a positive working environment for employees. Throughout the last 30 years, Keystone Pacific Property Management has grown to manage over 200 associations with 40,000 homeowners. A leader in Southern California community association management, Keystone Pacific offers a level of service that’s above industry standards, represented by trained and compassionate experts.

“Keystone Pacific has grown over the last 30 years because our great customers are our number one priority and we have outstanding team members that serve our customers,” said Cary Treff, Chief Executive Officer of Keystone Pacific Property Management. “Without great customer service we wouldn’t be the management company that we are today. Our employees truly care about our customers. It is that caring attitude that we have nurtured over the years that has allowed us to get where we are today. All of our team members have contributed and continue to contribute to the success of Keystone Pacific. As a team we look forward to the next 30 years.”

Keystone Pacific has managed several residential and commercial communities in Orange County for 30 years. “Our communities continue to partner with us because we can provide a higher level of customer service,” said Denise Bergstrom, Vice President of Association Management. “We pride ourselves in being able to provide a personal approach while maintaining multiple in-house specialty departments to ensure our communities thrive.”

In the past thirty years, Keystone Pacific has also made considerable efforts to reach out to our community, contributing to charity events with the local Families Forward charity; including the annual Back to School Drive, the Thanksgiving Food Drive, and sponsorship of the Angel Tree through the Salvation Army.

Keystone Pacific serves as a professional management representative for homeowners associations. Specializing in community association operations, the company possesses the latest technology, knowledge of changing legislation affecting common interest developments, and understands the fiscal and physical management components of these entities; duties may include customer service, preparation of financial statements, collection of assessments, and coordination and oversight of vendors to address maintenance issues.
