*There will be an orientation on May 23rd, from 7pm-9pm at 770 Corte Madera Town Center, Corte Madera, CA 94925. The One Village Walk will take place May 25th, from 8am-3pm, inside San Quentin State Prison.

Our host, Kid CAT (Creating Awareness Together), is a group of inmates that were juveniles when they committed their crimes and are now serving life sentences. Working with youth both inside and outside the prison, their mission is to inspire humanity through education, mentorship & restorative practices.

JW, one of the organizers, explained their inspiration for the event: “We get a chance to give back, to reach people beyond these walls. This is an opportunity to show my humanity, who I truly am on the inside. There is a freedom here to be the person you were always meant to be. We’re not confined by other people’s opinions, or these walls.”

We welcome you to be a part of creating this transformative event, offering a direct experience of unity and the realization that love can never be imprisoned.
