I’m so sorry I haven’t updated in forever! My life is just very busy at the moment, uni is killing me! I had a big exam yesterday and I have another big one coming up in two weeks. :(  My advice to everyone - do not go to law school! ;)

Anyway, I’ve got a little over 1,500 words of Dimon love for y’all. It’s always something right?

Oh and a shout out to my girl Dimonfics - I updated, now it’s your turn! ;)

Demi felt calm and at peace, she loved being away with Simon like this, just the two of them in their own little bubble, their own little perfect world.
After a while she got up, put on a silk robe and walked over to the big double doors that lead out to the patio. The sun was about to set over the fields and the view was absolutely stunning.
She opened the doors to let the evening air flood into the room, she shivered a little when the cool air hit her skin.

Simon who was watching her intensely saw her shiver and gout up from the bed and put on his boxers before sneaking up behind her and wrapping his strong arms around her waist, placing his hands on her belly.
She closed her eyes and leaned her head back against his shoulder, nuzzling her nose in his neck. They fit together like two perfect pieces of a puzzle, it was like God had made them for each other. They were two people with all odds against them that had fought through it all and ended up together. To them, there was nothing wrong with their relationship. They had everything going for them now, they were married, they had bought a house together and they were expecting their first child. 16 more weeks and their baby girl would be here.

Demi inhaled the sweet scent that evaporated from Simon’s skin. It was her most favourite scent in the world, his own musky aroma mixed with the masculine fragrance from the after shave he was wearing. She turned around in his embrace and looked up in his eyes, the last gleams of the setting sun were casting a glowing light on his face.
She slowly ran her fingertips through his grey flecked hair and then softly caressed his jawline, feeling him relax under her touch. She moved a finger up to his lips, tracing the outer contour of his plump mouth. His soft beautiful mouth, the mouth that she had kissed so many times, that she had felt on every inch of her body. Those lips had spoken the most beautiful words to her. Told her over and over again how beautiful she was and how much he loved her.

She placed her hands on his shoulders and rose to her tippy toes, slowly leaning in to place her soft lips on his.
A warmth spread through her body when their lips touched. She had kissed him a million times before, but every kiss was special. Every kiss brought butterflies to her stomach and made her head spin. She started to slowly move her lips on his and he immediately kissed her back, his soft tongue slipped into her mouth and moved together with hers, skilfully exploring the interior of her warm mouth.
Her hands went up in his hair, caressing and massaging his scalp as she pushed him harder against her mouth, intensifying the kiss.

His hand moved to her neck, stroking her soft skin and running his thumb over her collarbone and slightly pushing the silk robe off her shoulder.
He moved his lips from her mouth and down to her jawline, light soft kisses over her glowing skin. He kissed down her throat, stopping at the curve of her neck, inhaling her sweet scent before continuing to place a trail of kisses over her collarbone and shoulder.
After placing one final kiss on her plump lips he pulled away and looked into her eyes. She had a small smile playing on her lips, making his face break into a smile too.
“Dem” He whispered and gazed into her big brown eyes.
“Yes” She breathed and placed her hands on his bare chest.
“I love you” He smiled.
“I love you too” She smiled even bigger.

They ordered room service and had dinner out on their private patio before wrapping up in a fluffy blanket and cuddling together in the hammock.
The sun had set but the garden was lit up with lanterns and burning candles, casting flickering light over the couple as they lay wrapped around each other in the hammock, their body heat keeping them warm in the cold evening air.
Demi rested her head on Simons chest as he stroked her hair softly.  She sank deeper into his embrace and inhaled the cool night time air. Her feet were a little cold, even though she was wearing socks so she moved her feet between his legs to keep them warm and looked up at him with a cheeky smile. He just chuckled and kissed her nose, wrapping his arms tighter around her body.
He nuzzled his nose in her hair and snuck his hand under her hoodie to caress her belly.

“Simon?” Demi asked and looked up at her husband.
“Yes love?” he replied.
“We need to decide on a name for our daughter” She said and snuggled up closer to him. In her mind she had already come up with a name for their baby and she was determined to convince Simon that it was the perfect name for their princess. The name had just come to her one day, and it was stuck on her mind ever since.
Simon continued to rub her belly and looked down at her with his thinking face on. “I think Mae is really pretty, and it’s British too” He said after a minute, he had secretly been thinking about names since the day they had found out they were having a girl and he was glad that Demi had brought it up now. He had not been wanting to stress her about it, but it was about time they came up with a name for their little princess.

“Yeah” Demi said and nodded her head slowly. “Yeah Mae is pretty, but it is a little short don’t you think?” She took a deep breath before speaking again. Here goes. “I think Ruby would be a great name” She looked up at him, waiting for his reaction.
“Ruby… Ruby Cowell” Simon said testing the name. “Yeah I like it” He smiled. “But Charlotte is very pretty too?”
“Nah, I’m not really sure about that” Demi said and scrunched her nose. Simon was going to need a little more convincing. “But how do you feel about Ruby? Baby Ruby that would be cute right?” She softly rubbed his chest as she spoke.
“Yeah Ruby is very beautiful. I still really like Mae though” He said and rolled up her sleeve a little so he could trace the named on her arm with his index finger. “Baby Mae” he said, spelling out the name on her skin.
“Baby Mae” She smiled at him. “It’s very pretty. But I’m not giving up Ruby, it’s just stuck on my mind you know?  I feel like she is a little Ruby” She giggled and caressed her belly softly when she felt the baby move.
Simon agreed, Ruby was very pretty, but he was hooked on Mae. He decided to move on to middle names, giving Demi some time to realise that Mae was the perfect name, that’s what he thought at least.

“I think we should keep your middle name. Devonne, it’s really beautiful” Simon said. “What do you think?”
“Yeah I would love that” She felt the baby kick in her belly. “And apparently our little girl would like that too” She giggled and moved Simons hand so that he could feel the baby kicking.
“Devonne is set then” He smiled.
“Yeah, and can we agree that it stands between Ruby and Mae now?” Demi asked.
“Ruby and Mae” Simon said quietly. “Ruby and Mae… Ruby Mae” He said a little louder. “A double name!”
“What do you mean” Demi asked and looked at him confused.
“Ruby-Mae” Simon said. “We should name her Ruby-Mae”
“Ruby-Mae..” Demi let the name sink in. She really liked the combination. Ruby-Mae. “Simon I love it. It’s beautiful!” She looked at him with a beaming smile.
“Ruby-Mae Devonne Cowell” He said slowly, his face breaking into a smile as he spoke.
Demi nodded, the name was beautiful and it felt right. She was certain it would be the perfect name for their daughter. “It’s beautiful”
She felt her daughter move again as if to say that she was approving of the name.
“16 more weeks and you will be here baby girl” Simon whispered and leaned his head against her bump. “I can’t wait to see you my little angel” he cooed.
Demi rain her hand through his soft hair, the other one was resting on her belly, next to Simons beautiful face.
