Who controls or loots India’s resources?
There has been some unanimity on rich and multinationals controlling India and now another question is who controls the nation's resources. The answer to this question leads to the knowledge about how Indian system operates.
Government money is rulers’ money, even if you argue against this. The regime can spend or waste the resources the way it deems fit. The corrupt regime of India feels free to spend the money the way the Congress party wants. The most experienced political outfit of the nation and most manipulative entity, the Congress party also knows how defend the regime’s economic crimes as well.
And exactly that has been happening in India with plenty of resources taken away from the people’s public sector and handed over to multinationals as per the IMF and World bank directives routed through the dictatorial USA. .
Frankly, one has no idea about what exactly has the incumbent minority Manmohan-Sonia corrupt regime been dong in the country and who all are engaged in looting of the nation’s resources. There is no section of the establishment which does not take part in the heinous loot process. Military scams do not suggest that anything can change in India to support the efforts of ordinary people to live a normal life with dignity.
And the regime exists only promote capitalists, corruption and shield the crimes – both state and non-state.
A few news items summarize the way rot has got accumulated in Indian system harming the people and nation. Cost of Sonia's foreign trips, state nuclear and climate threats, corruption in Congress families etc merit attention here. .
Since the opposition parties, including the communal BJP, are also equally corrupt the ruling parties continue with their spurious agenda.
Obviously, the nation looks to the judiciary to contain the regime and its mafias from going ahead with their agendas.
Reports suggest, Rs.1,880 crore had been spent in the last three years on Sonia Gandhi's foreign visits. Gujarat Hindutva Chief Minister Narendra Modi, whose hands are bloodstained and who is known to nurture the great ambition of PM seat if the BJP comes to power, has said the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) was concealing information about Congress president Sonia Gandhi's trips abroad. He accused the PMO of concealing information under the Right to Information Act (RTI) and said it had only answered on Sonia Gandhi's visits for treatment, not her foreign trips. He said the PMO was not respecting RTI and the entire issue was maligning Gandhi's image.
Asked about his claim that Rs.1880 crores had been spent in the last three years on Sonia Gandhi's foreign visits, Modi said newspapers and magazines had given the figure based on an agency report. He accused the UPA government of treating Gujarat as an "enemy state" within India.
Even as the controversy rages on about Sonia Gandhi's foreign travels, a leading academic in the national capital has said that her efforts to get details of Sonia’s son Rahul Gandhi's trips have also met with silence. Ides Indian regime hides the facts about the foreign trips Rahul undertaken ever since he took charge as the AICC general secretary in September, 2007, which are the countries he has visited, the duration of each trip, how many of these visits were official and the mode of transport used among other queries. Even if Rahul Gandhi or Sonia Gandhi are frequent travellers abroad, why hide it? Worse still, why are Congressmen and Congresswomen responding with such venomous fury when citizens of this country seek this information?
The Congress family is extra corrupt. In India the families of rulers make crores of money in business by exploiting their nexus to the ruling circles. However, not every issue comes to the public domain s and many corruption issues are disallowed to reach even the media knowledge.
Smart looking Vadra , the son in law of UPA supreme Sonia Gandhi and operating behind the scenes is allegedly involved in multi-crore scam and the regime and Congress party are fully geared to get every tool engaged in saving the husband of Sonia’s dear daughter Priyanka.
Vadra, as the son-in-law of UPA chief and Congress president Sonia Gandhi, has acquired properties worth Rs 300 crore in a series of “suspicious” transactions, India against Corruption (IAC) alleged. The transactions made on behalf of five companies owned by Vadra and his mother, it said, were quid pro quo for benefits granted to DLF by three Congress-ruled states of Rajasthan, Haryana and Delhi.

Civil rights activist Arvind Kejriwal along with Anna Hazare spearheaded anti-corruption movement, almost terrorizing the corrupt regime, now has floated hi s own party, had demanded an inquiry into business dealings between Vadra and his companies and real estate giant DLF. Kejriwal had alleged that DLFBSE 3.92 % gave interest free loan of Rs 65 crore to Vadra. The company as well as Vadra had denied the allegations.
A statement issued jointly by Arvind Kejriwal and Prashant Bhushan also alleged that Priyanka Vadra had been a director in some of these companies but resigned in 2007, and that in 2012, Vadra registered six new companies. They demanded a probe against Vadra under the Prevention of Corruption Act. Kejriwal had alleged that besides an interest free loan of Rs 65 crores, DLF gave properties worth Rs 300 crores to Vadra at throwaway prices.
An analysis of the balance sheets and audit reports of five companies set up by him (and owned exclusively by him and his mother) on or after 1/11/2007 show that the total share capital of these companies was just Rs 50 lakh and these companies together had no income from any legitimate business activity (except by way of interest derived from interest-free loans obtained from DLF). Yet during 2007-2010 they have acquired properties which were worth well over Rs 300 crore even at the time of their acquisition and are worth more than Rs 500 crore as of today. The ostensible seed money for this acquisition is shown to have come from unsecured interest-free loan from DLF Ltd (over Rs 65 crore)
The properties whose acquisition has been questioned by Kejriwal and Bhushan include a 50 per cent share in Hilton Garden Inn Hotel in Saket (declared worth Rs 31.7 crore, against alleged market value of Rs 150 crore); a 10,000 sq ft penthouse in DLF Aralias Gurgaon (declared worth Rs 89 lakh, alleged market value Rs 25 crore); and seven flats in DLF Magnolia Apartments in Gurgaon (bought for Rs 5.2 crore but said to be worth Rs 35-70 crore at the time of purchase).
DLF was repaying Vadra for services rendered in some way, or that the rest of the money in these transactions was black money belonging either to Vadra or to somebody else. Was it the Congress party?” Kejriwal asked. Congress party angered by their smart move, wants to implicate Prashant in a land case. When pointed out that he also faces charges of procuring property at discretionary rates from the Uttar Pradesh government, Bhushan smiled and said: “Probe us, we do not have a problem. Similarly probe allegations that we are making too. We are not asking you to take us at face value.” However, Shanti Bhushan said an investigation was not needed after the documents they had produced and “there should be action straightaway”. Ravishankar Prasad of the BJP said if a well-known company like the DLF gives him (Vadra) an unsecured loan of Rs 65 crore without interest, doles out land and flats to him and his company, the people of India are certainly entitled to know whether it was doing a charity, and if it was, why was it doing it, and does it have the same kind of charitable disposition towards thousands of its customers?
Congress party ties to couple the anti-corruption movement with communal BJP.
Every Congress leader defends the regime cum corporate corruption. Ruling out any probe into business dealings between Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law Robert Vadra and realty major DLF, Finance Minister P Chidambaram today said the government cannot look into private transactions unless there are specific allegations of corruption. As it is only expected, the DLF too has quickly rejected the allegations that it had given unsecured loans to Vadra as a 'quid pro quo' for favours and said it had transparent dealing with him as an individual entrepreneur.
The Chief Secretary has clarified that the allegation that the Delhi government allotted land to DLF is factually incorrect, mischievous and misleading. While the Congress dismissed the charges as “the worst kind of political chicanery”, the BJP said the people were entitled to know “what’s the business of Vadra”, which had allegedly seen his assets jump so exponentially, and what his firms produced.
Meanwhile, Environment Minister Jayanthi Natarajan has rejected the Navy’s proposal to set up a missile testing site at Tillanchong Sanctuary in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. She says wanta save the habitat of an endangered species of bird. Natarajan said that she had accepted the recommendation of the Standing Committee of the National Board of Wildlife that had said the missile testing project would destroy the habitat of the Nicobar megapode, also known as the Nicobar scrubfowl (Megapodius nicobariensis). The scrubfowl, considered sacred by the Nicobarese people, was hit badly by the Indian Ocean tsunami that destroyed vast swathes of its habitat and nesting grounds. Navy Chief Admiral D K Joshi said the firing range was critical to the force.
The megapode — so called because of its large feet — “actually does not exist anywhere (else) and it is a very unique species”, Natarajan said. It is too sensitive to withstand any such installation over there and as environment minister it is my mandate to make sure that wildlife, flora and fauna of our country are protected. So, it is an extremely hard decision but I decided that it is my mandate and I should stay with it.” “The habitat of the megapode should not be disturbed and the missile firing range should not come up in that area,” the minister said in Delhi. Only weeks ago, Natarajan had shot down a Coast Guard project to set up a surveillance radar in Narcondan, another island in the archipelago, to save the habitat of a rare endangered hornbill endemic to the region. The Navy has said it would ask the ministry to reconsider.
So that is the only good news from India which is going all out to impose nuclear terror plant in Kudankulam of Tamilnadu where this Jayanthi Natarajan hails from but she has nothing to advise the regime about to stop the Kudankulam nuclear misadventure!

Meanwhile, even as the India terror regime mocks at the Supreme court on its questioning the secretive and illegal nuclear operations in Kudankulam with two more nuclear reactors, making Kudankulam Tamil state perhaps the most dangerous global terror as a depot of nukes, four UN agencies urged India to take "incremental action" to fight the scourge of child marriages in the country on Thursday when the first International Day of the Girl Child was observed across the world. The focus of the first observance of the day is on child marriage. Child marriage, the UN noted, is not a solution to protecting girls from sexual crimes including rape.
