First of all you should do the research We are not talking here about Bundy ranch. That is separate issue.
Second of all, and I have already said that, you can not tell difference between knofe and gun. There where he keeps according to you his gun is actually knife. which further support the case that his gun was elsewhere probably in his pants as FBI stated.
I would suggest that you do what you are urging us to do - research and figure out what exactly was going on in Oregon. If you read links and my ad hoc explanation on this forum or do your own research then you will be qualified to discuss this. At this time however you quite obviously have no clue since you are mixing two cases. Nevada and Oregon.
