Tracy Pitts, Alpha-Cure’s new Head of Customer Experience
Leading UV lamp manufacturer Alpha-Cure has once again demonstrated its commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service with the appointment of Tracy Pitts as Head of Customer Experience.
Tracy has 12 years’ experience managing key client relationships, gaining her knowledge working in a range of environments from large blue chip organisations to smaller owner managed companies within the debt management and global document solutions industries.
Tracy will be overseeing Alpha-Cure’s Distributor and Customer Accounts Executives at Alpha-Cure’s sales and manufacturing headquarters in Northamptonshire, and is already getting underneath the skin of the company. Tracy will ultimately be responsible for ensuring the successful management and growth of the company’s current client base. With Tracy’s extensive experience the Directors anticipate some recommendations will be made to improve Alpha-Cure’s present system processes, for the benefit of all stakeholders.

Outside of work Tracy is a keen runner and cyclist having gained her UK Athletics and British Cycling Licences. She coaches ladies who have never run or cycled to get into fitness and achieve their personal aspirations, whilst making exercise fun, and takes great delight in doing mud obstacle runs – it’s all muddy good fun!
