You know what I love about our game? The community. I don’t just mean Joe Schmo and the guys at your local course, but the entire community, including pros. Disc golfers love to help other disc golfers.
With that thought in mind, we want to show you the best disc golf videos on the Internet in this new weekly feature as we dig into the “Disc Golf Vault.” From instructional videos, tournament highlights, or just a great showcase of disc golf.
I knew just the guy to start with, too. He is, to me, the best putter in the world. Few are as consistently superb in the short game. Few can truly claim to be bigger students of the game.
Of course, I’m talking about The Professor, Dave Feldberg.
The Professor is a noted disc golf instructor — he produced a DVD years back with Ken Climo teaching people the fundamentals — and the video I want you to see today is of a clinic he put on. The quality isn’t great. Someone obviously shot this on a camera right at the event. It doesn’t matter. Feldberg goes over all kinds of putting tips and techniques. Maybe you won’t revolutionize your style after hearing this, but what if you pick up that little trick that puts you over the top? Disc golfers grow by talking to and listening to other disc golfers.
