This post MOTO E Review (This changes everything, again!) is written on ALL TECHNO BLOG - Technology Blog.

The Moto E is Motorola’s entry-level smartphone in the company’s line of Moto-branded handsets. By most accounts, the Moto E will fulfill most of your needs, but there are some areas where it falls noticeable short. As you’d expect from a phone of its price, the hardware elements are scaled down to fit its class. It supports two Micro-SIM cards in dual-standby mode, each of which can connect to a 3G network. Moto E has a magnificent mix of quality materials and excellent design along with a gorilla glass 3 front that will ensure that no one is disappointed with the phone. With a tagline like “Made to last, Priced for all” the Moto E promises a lot. But does it deliver? Let’s find out.

Screen Size

High quality screens are expensive and companies often put inexpensive screens in budget phones. Motorola reverses the trend and equips Moto E with a screen that is really decent.

The Moto E’s 4.3-inch display is protected by a sheet of Corning Gorilla Glass 3 – a first for a phone in this price range of 6999 INR. The display has a qHD resolution of 960×540 pixels, which translates to a relatively sharp density of 256ppi.The colors displayed are quite flamboyant, though viewing angles and sunlight legibility are not that great.

OS

Moto E is riding on alatest version of Android 4.4.2 KitKat. Unlike other companies, Motorola is also promising to update Moto E to the next major version of Android.

Battery

The Phone will beat all odds and defy all logic when it comes to battery performance. It is powered with a 1980 mAh battery which can last for whole day.

Camera

The phone has a 5-megapixel rear camera with no flash or auto-focus, and there is no front camera.

Processor and Storage

The Moto E is fuelled by a low-end Snapdragon 200 dual-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz, with an amalgamated Adreno 302 graphics processor. There is 1GB of RAM, which is a good sign that the phone will be able to run smoothly. The Moto E has 4GB of internal storage with 2.2GB available for use. Surprisingly, the phone recognizes it as external storage and installs apps to this partition. Moto E allows expansion of storage by up to 32GB using a microSD card.

Color

Moto E is available in Black and White colors but there are a number of colorful back panels you can buy.

Price

The Motorola Moto E overheads £90 available from 22 May in the UK, but it costs just Rs 6,999 (£70) in India exclusively from Flipkart. Moto E is worth its asking price of Rs 6,999. There is no other Android device in sub-Rs 10,000 that offers comparable value.
