Allstate Idaho Customer Contact Center Ranks Eighth on Best Places to Work List

Idaho Business Review has named the Allstate Customer Contact Center as one of the 2014 Best Places to Work in Idaho, ranking Allstate at number eight on the list of Top 10 Large Companies.

"Being nominated for this type of award, with the limited amount of tenure that this Allstate office has in Idaho, really speaks to what we've been able to accomplish in such a short time."
The Best Places to Work in Idaho are determined based on employee satisfaction surveys run through POPULUS, a marketing and research firm. This is the eighth year for the program, and the second year that the Allstate Idaho Customer Contact Center (CCC) has been recognized. This year, the employees surveyed included the addition of the Allstate Roadside Services team, which brought more than 150 jobs to the Pocatello office in 2013.
Allstate is honored to be recognized among such an outstanding group of employers, and is proud to receive such an award based on the opinions of Idaho employees. "What I love most about this award is it is something that was given to us by our employees," said Jody Lewis, Idaho CCC Site Leader. "They were the ones who completed the 'Best Places to Work' survey. It's great to see that we are on the right path in our journey to make this the best place to work in Idaho."
Since 2008, the Idaho Business Review has partnered with POPULUS, a nationally recognized marketing research company headquartered in Boise, to identify the best places to work in Idaho and the best practices in employee attraction and retention. According to the Idaho Business Review, POPULUS conducts both paper and online surveys and then analyzes the data to provide participating organizations a summary of their scores in each of the following five areas: Compensation & Benefits, Work Environment, Company Management, Employee Growth & Development, and Work-Life Balance.
