The role is full-time (37 hours per week) and based at Stafford Fire Station, Hydrant Way (off Weston Road), Stafford, ST18 0DD.You will be responsible for the clinical supervision of the Occupational Health Advisors, as well as health and safety, welfare and counselling and also manage contracts for the Occupational Health Physician and physiotherapy service.In order to excel in a role with this level of responsibility, you will need previous experience in providing advice and guidance to senior managers and HR professionals to support the delivery of the organisations strategic aims. You will also have responsibility for ensuring we comply with relevant legislation and policies. With experience of overseeing pre-employment screening and medicals, you will also need to be able to manage all data, confidential records and management information.In order to be considered for this role you will need to be qualified as a Registered General Nurse with an occupational health qualification and previous experience of working at an appropriate level.Application packs can be fully downloaded from the links below.
