Avon and Somerset Constabulary have a substantial change programme over the next few years; we want to improve the service we offer and become more efficient. Extensive experience of problem solving and option development using a range of project tools and analytical techniques. Strong communication skills, staff management and experience of Prince 2.Qualified to degree level (or equivalent educational/work standard).All applicants should have a full current driving licence or the ability to travel around the force area using alternative transport is desirable.Interviews dates to be confirmed at a later date.
