Then i asked, i just bought this product yesterday and this problem arise, so can you please replace the product, they said we can't replace or refund, we will send you the technician and they will solve your issues.
Then i called Flipkart customer care and they said, don't worry, we will replace the product, just pack the product and our courier guy will come and we will send you another brand new water purifier, they are also ready to refund the money and in 2 days i got the new water purifier.
So, what happened in case, if i would buy from another offline retailer and same thing happened, i did'nt have any choice left than waiting for their technician and hope the problem will never arise again.
