The White House has announced that 46 years old Joseph Beau Biden III, the son of Vice President of the United State of America Joe Biden, has died of brain cancer on Saturday evening. He was an Iraq War veteran who served as the attorney general of Delaware.
Beau's illness started in 2010, when he experienced a stroke that did not affect his motor skills or speech. In 2013, he was diagnosed with brain cancer at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston after he became disoriented and weak while on vacation. He undergone surgery and was given a clean bill of health. The cancer returned this year's spring which made Beau pursue aggressive treatment that led to his death at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.
Aside from Vice President and Dr. Jill Biden, Beau is survived by his wife, Hallie; two children, Natalie and Hunter; a brother, named Hunter; and a half-sister, Ashley.
