Ingredients
4 cups cold water
1 cup coarse ground coffee beans
1/2 cup half-and-half
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
1/2 cup caramel syrup
Garnish: whipped topping, miniature chocolate morsels, caramel bits, chocolate syrup
Instructions
In a large pitcher, combine 4 cups water and coffee beans. Let steep for 24 hours at room temperature.
In the container of a blender, combine half-and-half and next 2 ingredients. Strain coffee through a fine-mesh sieve over half-and-half; process on high until combined.
Fill 4 glasses with ice cubes; pour coffee mixture over ice. Top with whipped topping, chocolate morsels, caramel bits, and chocolate syrup, if desired. Serve immediately.
