The 2016 NHL Awards have now concluded, with several players taking home prestigious pieces of individual hardware.
P.K. Subban was the lone Hab that was nominated for an award. Specifically, Subban was up for the NHL Foundation Player award. He would finish as a finalist along with Matt Martin as Mark Giordano took home the award.
