sacai and Hender Scheme are no strangers as designers Chitose Abe and Ryo Kashiwazaki have joined forces on multiple occasions in the past, dropping everything from a pair of Red Wing-inspired boots and some sandals to a military-like high-top design and some overdyed sneakers. This season, sacai and Hender Scheme are back with a brand new sandal design. Overhauling its Spring/Summer 2016 predecessor, the 2017 release opts for a navy and black colorway and couples nubuck and leather construction with Velcro fastenings, a rippled rubber outsole, and perforated brogue detailing.
Made in Japan, the premium sandals are available online now for $1,250 USD.
