Customer Care Consultant
We are looking for a native Thai speaker with good proficiency in English for a position as “Customer Care Consultant”. You will be responsible for acquisition and professional support of customers from the first point of contact to the final sale via phone calls. You will individually consult customers regarding hearing problems and hearing aids via the phone and thereby create the best patient journey for the customer.
