Take a look at the updated ATP and the all new CQR from KWA as well as new arrivals from G&G and Umarex!

KWA APT PTP V2 Gas Blow Back - $129.99

The Adaptive Training Pistol (ATP), was one of the hottest new pistols unveiled at the KWA booth during the 2011 Shot Show. Unlike past models which have all been modeled to replicate a real steel firearm, the futuristic looking ATP was not modeled after any one gun in particular. Instead it features the characteristics of many different handguns making the ATP among the most ergonomically advanced pistols we have ever had the pleasure of shooting.

In mid 2012 the ATP received a couple of enhancements which included an integrated trigger safety which prevents the trigger from being moved unless the center lever is depressed. And, the markings are now more subdued by being laser etched into the slide instead of being painted on which further distinguishes the Version 2 from the original.

Picking up the pistol you will notice that the railed frame is constructed out of a reinforced polymer which is textured and contoured to fit your hand like a glove. The grip is slender with the perfect angle so that the pistol almost seems to aim itself when you bring it up to your target. KWA has also included an interchangeable grip panel so you can change the width of the pistols grip for the best fit. The grip panel can be changed by simply driving out the pin at the bottom of the grip and sliding the grip panel straight down.

Now, unlike preceding PTP models, both the outer barrel and the slide of the ATP are constructed out of metal so you get that nice metallic clank when you work the action on this pistol. The slide features both fore and aft serrations as well as white dot combat sights. Now, if you are the type that likes to tinker around with inner workings of your guns, you will be very pleased when you take a look inside the pistol and find that the internals are taken directly from the legendary KWA G17. And, that it even uses the same magazines. Not only that but the ATP breaks down the same way, can use the same aftermarket inner/outer barrels and can even lock into SERPA and other holsters molded for the G17.

When it came time to put some rounds downrange the ATP did not disappoint as we quickly blew through its 23 round magazine. Its trigger break was smooth and its slide cycled clean and crisp with a solid kick. Accuracy is on par with its PTP brothers by easily clearing out targets at our 120 foot range and even connecting with a few targets beyond that. If you find this pistol lacking in anything, performance will not be one of them.

Overall KWA has produced a well rounded, combat driven pistol which is unlike anything seen to date. Its performance and ergonomics combined with its compatibility with many G17 parts and accessories makes this one amazing handgun.

G&G Combat Machine GR15 Raider-XL Blow Back AEG - $209.99

The aptly named Combat Machine series from G&G Armament are rugged, no-nonsense rifles designed solely for the purpose of providing a skirmish worthy rifle at a very affordable cost.

This rifle is part of the GR15 series which is a step up from the standard Combat Machine CM16 series. They feature a higher metal content and the patented Top Tech pneumatic blow back system for a little added realism. The upper and lower receiver is built from the same tough polymer which Combat Machines are known for so these rifles have no body flex, creaks or squeaks during handling. Internally G&G has fitted these rifles with their metal V2 gearboxes which feature steel gears running on 8mm bearing bushings for exceptionally smooth performance.

Unlike other AEG blow backs which use a tow hook design where the bolt is physically pulled back by the piston, the Top Tech pneumatic system incorporates a secondary cylinder on top of the gearbox which uses a very small amount of air compressed from the main piston to drive back the bolt. Since the system operates solely on air pressure it does not put any stress on your gearbox and does not affect its rate of fire. Also, unlike most tow hook systems the bolt will only recoil when the gun fires making it much more realistic. When the system operates it emits a series of metallic sounds which combined with the noise of the air expanding the secondary cylinder gives this gun an intimidating report.

The GR15 Raider-XL is a modified variant of the M4 which has been fitted with a military length 14.5 inch barrel and a full metal, one piece 26 slot RIS. Other features include a removable match grade rear sight, an ambidextrous contoured pistol grip and a six position collapsible crane stock with buffer tube sling mount.

You will find the match rear sight is fitted with a dual aperture rear sight which is fully adjustable for both windage and elevation. With the rear sight removed the receiver features a flattop mounting deck which can accept practically any optic of your choice from reflex sights to scopes.

On the firing line the Raider-XL showed exemplary long range accuracy for a carbine length rifle. At 60 yards this rifle was putting a full auto string of .28g BBs into a torso sized target without any trouble at all. This combined with a very healthy muzzle velocity of 380 fps makes the Raider-XL a highly formidable skirmish weapon.

KWA CQR MOD2 AEG - $189.99

KWA is very well known for making some really awesome AEGs which offer some of the highest performance you can get right out of the box. Their only downside has been that their price tags have not exactly been the easiest on the wallet. Well, that all changes with the introduction of their CQR series.

The CQR rifles are produced with a more cost efficient body which takes the full metal upper receiver used on their other models and mates it to a molded polymer lower receiver. The fiber reinforced polymer they used is still very durable but since it is much easier to produce it has allowed this rifle to be offered at a much more affordable price. The rest of the rifles components are the same as its higher priced brothers and the rifles total weight is only a few ounces less than that of the full metal version.

<b>CQR MOD2</b>

Compact 10.5 inch barrel.

Fixed A frame front sight with detachable match rear sight.

Ambidextrous buffer tube sling plate adapter.

6 position collapsing LE stock.

Internally the MOD2 is equipped with the KWAs 2GX gearbox which features increased reinforcement in the front half of the shell and uses 9mm bearing bushings on all three gears. The gearbox is factory upgraded to professional competition level which includes their high performance spring, steel gears, poly carbonate piston, aluminum piston head, metal air nozzle, metal spring guide w/ bearing and their high torque motor.

Even though KWA has kept their CQR rifles to a close quarters friendly muzzle velocity, they are remarkably effective at distance. On our test range the MOD2 was tearing up targets out to 60 yards away without any difficulty in the least. And, with a 9.6v it was putting over 16 shots in the air in under a second.

All in all, the CQR MOD2 is a very well put together and highly capable rifle with remarkable value which will appeal to both the novice and experienced player alike.

<b>Please note</b>: KWA does not provide a speed loader with this rifle. We strongly suggest purchasing a speed loader if you do not already have one to aid in loading the rifles mid capacity magazine.

Umarex H&K HK416 Electric - $89.99

The brainchild of a joint effort between world renowned German arms maker Heckler & Koch and the U.S. Army’s elite Delta Force, the H&K HK416 was designed to replace the aging M4 Carbine. Utilizing an HK G36 style proprietary gas system, the HK416 offers many improvements over the M4’s direct impingement gas system. With a short-stroke piston driving an operating rod to force the bolt carrier to the rear, the HK416’s gas system prevents gases and carbon from entering the weapon’s interior components as well as reduced heat transfer and carbon fouling. These improvements result in more rounds fired between stoppages, reduced operator maintenance and less stress on critical internal components. Currently used by several military and law enforcement units around the world, the H&K HK416 represents the step forward in military small arms.

This electric Umarex HK416 is the perfect weapon for an afternoon of backyard skirmishes or hours of full auto fun knocking soda cans off of your fence posts. This electric powered assault rifle gun is not a high tech AEG but it does have amazing performance for its modest price tag. It can reach targets out to 120 feet quite effectively and its power it actually about the same as a stock Marui. Its trigger is also very responsive making it possible to put perfect double tabs into your target in rapid succession. All in all, quite impressive for rifle under $100!

This model is officially licensed by H&K and bears authentic trademarks on its receiver. Its body is constructed out of ABS plastic and is designed very closely to its higher priced AEG brothers. This makes it possible for it to accept most M4/M16 AEG series magazines of which there are countless options available. It is equipped with a 5 position collapsible crane stock which also houses the battery and will accept up to a 9.6v nun-chuck type battery pack. Other features include a metal flip up front and rear sight with the rear sight being adjustable as well as featuring 4 different sight apertures. The HK416 also has a full RAS and full flat top accessory rail for mounting optics, lights lasers, flashlights, foregrips and other aftermarket add-ons.

Comes with: 7.2v 650mah battery pack, 150mah trickle charger and cleaning rod.

Umarex H&K MP7 Electric - $59.99

Conceived at the dawn of the millennium, the H&K MP7 was created as a lightweight and compact personal defense weapon also known as a PDW. It was designed to take the place of sidearms and larger caliber SMG’s issued to vehicle and aircraft crews where assault rifles were not practical. Another advantage this submachine gun had over standard sidearms was that it was chambered for the 4.6X30mm round. These steel cored, full metal jacket bullets fire at 2,400 fps and are claimed to penetrate 20 layers of Kevlar and then still go through a 1.6mm titanium plate. Needless to say the H&K MP7 is one little gun you didn’t want to mess with.

Officially licensed by Heckler & Koch this airsoft replica of the MP7 is brought to us by Umarex USA and bears authentic H&K logos on its grip. Just like its real life counterpart, the Umarex MP7 comes with ambidextrous magazine release as well as flip up front and rear sights. However, this particular model has received a couple updates that you will not find on the original. These include an under-slung accessory rail and a four position collapsible stock which allows the gun to be tailored to the individual shooter. The stock can also be completely removed by simply trowing a lever and sliding the entire assembly off of the gun. We were also pleased to find that this gun is actually compatible with TM spec MP7 AEP type magazines

This model is intended for the casual backyard brawl or ventilating targets in your basement and is not a hardcore skirmish weapon. It is a blast to shoot though and if you like spraying and praying it makes for hours of full auto fun.

Comes with: 7.2v 350 mah battery pack and 150 mah trickle charger.
