This position is an exciting opportunity to work with our Group Marketing team in the critical role of Campaign Delivery Analyst - Customer Targeted Marketing. The main objective of the role is to deliver effective end to end email campaigns, from set-up to delivery. Duties include building, testing and launching simple to complex email campaigns via our email platform, Responsys Interact. This role will also be responsible for completing post campaign reporting and analysis.

Reporting to the Customer Targeted Marketing Specialist, your key responsibilities will be to:

·  Build, test and launch simple to complex email campaigns.

·  Perform quality control and rendering checks to produce work that is error-free.

·  Working with HTML email assets and perform basic modifications where necessary.

·  Create recipient lists, upload into platform and create list filter selections.

·  Liaise with the marketing team on simultaneous requests and briefs to deliver email campaigns within allocated timeframes and updating the team on the status of each campaign

·  Accountability for resolving and troubleshooting campaign issues.

·  Liaising with the email service provider (Responsys) on the user interface front and back end for optimisation of the email send process.

·  Post campaign reporting and analysis email specific and general commercial metrics
