Blannie E. Bowen, vice provost for academic affairs at Penn State, has been appointed to the Pennsylvania College of Technology Board of Directors. Bowen, whose appointment was made by the Corporation for Penn State, succeeds the retiring John J. Cahir, board vice president, who served on the board for 20 years. Penn College is a special mission affiliate of Penn State.
