A 63 year-old senior citizen and retired excise ACP has filed a written complaint against the Police Sub Inspector (PSI) attached to Antop Hill Police station and his colleagues for allegedly torturing his family members and indulging in indecent behavior in front of his wife inside his residence at Community Center in Kane Nagar at Antop Hill.
Making a serious allegation, the complainant D Mohan Dhas and his family members including daughter has mentioned in their complaint that, PSI Pravin Munde and his colleague Mrs. Sable are asking them to visit police station several times. Many times they personally visited their residence and had asked Dhas to vacate the house.
Retired Excise ACP D Mohan Dhas said, “On July 15 Griha Kalyan Kendra (Delhi) has issued an order to A. Karmakar to join the as the in-charge of Griha Kalyan Kendra (Antop Hill). I was the in charge of GKK till 2012 and I am yet to receive a letter from Delhi. It is an inter -departmental matter between Griha Kalyan Kendra, Karmakar and me. I have forwarded a letter to DCP Dattatrey Karale. If required I will move to the court to rescue my family from PSI Pravin Munde.”
On the other hand, the complainant’s wife Banu Dhas has also filed the complaint against Munde. In her complaint she mentioned that, “On June 17 PSI Munde along with his colleague Mrs. Sable entered in their room and asked us to appear before the police station. Later, both of them misbehaved and forcibly asking us to vacate the house.”
Senior Police Inspector, N Vicahre from Antop Hill Police station,” We had received a complaint that our officer visited to Dhas’s and had asked him to vacate his residence. Dhas is continuing his duties even though he had retired in 2012. Whatever allegations he is making against Munde is baseless.”
