Born into a musical family, who instilled within her a love for tropical music from a very young age. Lisa Li started her musical career as a DJ of R’n’B, Rap, Dancehall and Afro Music
playing in the best Moscow and Paris clubs.
In 2000 in Moscow she was introduced to nigerian promoter AlMighty Ironnah and became the official DJ at all parties and big shows (Wu-Tang clan, Shaggy After parties etc…) organised by AMI.
In 2003 Lisa Li moved to France.
In Paris she got her first major exposure while playing one the radio Tropical Media
(Tropiques FM). They loved her mix so much that she became very popular after
that. It wasn’t long before she felt in love with
Kizomba and Zouk that she decided to record her first Zouk LP. (“La clé du Bonheur”, Debs 2012 and “J’ai essayé”, Compilation ‘Zouk Atomique’ 2013).
In 2014 inspired by the creations of famous Kizomba producers Elji Beatzkilla and Mark G, Lisa Li recorded Kizomba singles which became instant summer hits: Tarraxa, My Love, Just a dream, Tarraxa Ku Bo. (Compilations Fnac, Wagram, Believe, Kizomba Tropical Dance, Lights Out AllStars vol.8 etc…)

June 2015, created in collaboration with such famous african and brasilian producers
as Elji Beatzkilla, Fliptyce, David Tayorault, Thierry Doumergue, Chrys H, DJ Kakah, DJ Puto X…
In February 2016 Lisa Li is traveling to Ivory Coast. She got her first major exposure in Africa while playing and doing ITW on the major national TV and radio channels in Abidjan.

After the promo Tour In Nigeria and Ivory Coast, Lisa Li starts the new collaboration collaboration with a cameroon star Featurist. The new song and music video Mbombo produced by DJ Kessy, Featurist and Sky Star group in Douala Cameroon, is out right now.
