This Shanghianese burrito comes in two versions: sweet or savoury. They are made with sticky glutinous rice wrapping and different fillings such as youtiao (fried dough), pickled vegetables, pork floss or sugar.

4. Fried Stuffed Tofu

Also known as fried tofu with minced fish paste, it is usually ground catfish seasoned with chopped scallions, cornstarch and strong flavourings to contrast the mild yet silky bean curds. This popular dim sum can be found easily at tofu stalls around Hong Kong.
