That is not an affiliate marketing offer, because you are taking all the work, commercial risks and expenses for the purpose than another one is able to earn. Anybody, who is interested, can open in such a case his own travel agency and trade with the offers from serious big tour operators.
The offer seems to be from a scammer based in India, who likes to hide his location. The reason for this assumption is the sign for the India Rupee (₹) in the for sale posting from Ms. Jade Burrell in the Facebook group to Business (Opportunity Dealer) - US.
