POSITION SUMMARY
In this role, the analyst will work closely with Aetna marketing teams, web analyst team members as well as other relevant parties, to strategize and plan tracking solutions that will enable successful monitoring of marketing efforts across all media channels. The consultant will be responsible for assisting with KPI definitions and other tracking needs, as well as making recommendations for optimizing tracking and insight solutions. Beyond tagging and implementation, the consultant will be tasked with understanding the data analysis via reporting output, and suggesting optimizations to improve business results.
EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Technology Experience
This role will support the Analytics and Insights team by developing user scenarios and specifications for tracking client behavior using Adobe Analytics (Omniture/SiteCatalyst).
Collaborate with business teams to gather business requirements and work with development teams to refine and test tracking logic.
Able to write complex logic and code to support business requirements and scenarios for tracking.
Assist with reporting support: basic understanding of reporting output.
Assist in the review and design of third-party Web analytic solutions.
Assist in preparation of PowerPoint presentations for client meetings.
Work independently to meet multiple project deadlines.
Handle multiple tasks, switching priorities and focus as needed
Other tasks as assigned.
Passion for detail with a track record demonstrating initiative and drive.
Minimum of 3 years experience implementing Adobe Analytics/Omniture/SiteCatalyst.
Knowledge or experience with JavaScript, HTML, FTP, SQL, content management systems, ecommerce, and Web servers (e.g., IIS, Apache)
Expert knowledge implementing Adobe SiteCatalyst Version 15 including working with variables (evars, sprops, events) to track client interactions online, classifications, VISTA rules, data warehouse and other tracking/reporting mechanisms offered within the Adobe Analytics suite.
