* This is a full time Work at Home opportunity for the right candidates.POSITION SUMMARY: This position is on the Accountable Care Solutions (ACS) Sales Operations team. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support Aetna's strategy to transform the way health care is delivered. We are looking for an experienced Salesforce.com Certified System Administrator where you will be able to utilize your system admin skills to support ACS users’ day-to-day utilization of the system, while ensuring the integrity of the data output. This is not just a system admin role. It's an opportunity to utilize your technical and project management skills with strategic thinking from within a sales operations framework.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to come in and quickly understand all elements of the ACS Salesforce instance to ensure seamless interoperability in line with our sales process, how they interact with each other, and help ACS team members embrace Salesforce functionality through learning materials you create and maintain.
- The ACS instance of Salesforce contains several integrated applications, migrated data, validation rules, formulas, and custom objects. You will be the owner of relationships with the vendors supplying the applications and data. Additionally, you will need to manage, update and maintain the applications and customized data/objects.
- In this role, you will also be privy to discussions around business objectives and strategies, and will have a watchful eye on ways we can improve Salesforce to align with changing/evolving objectives.
- Ability to work with multiple departments within ACS, and will need to have a solid understanding of each departments function, and how data used by those departments can be best captured and reported on within Salesforce.
- Responsible for effective collaboration, both cross-functionally, as well as with immediate peers is necessary.
- Dexterity in managing multiple and varied projects is required.
- Willingness and ability to be agile in response to changing priorities is crucial.

EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.CERTIFICATION:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is requiredREQUIRED SKILLS:
- VisualForce, Apex and Triggers experience is required.
- Familiarity with Conga Composer or other reporting template application.
- Familiarity with Marketo or other marketing/lead generation application.
- Familiarity with Definitive Healthcare, or other integrated application that provides source information for Salesforce accounts.
- Ability to gather and draft business process requirements, and/or evaluate proposed requirements.
- Ability to develop and manage project plans, including test plans, test cases.
- Data migration skills.
- Ability to build/maintain validation rules, workflows, formulas, mail merge and custom objects.
- Polished presentation skills with the ability to present to all levels of ACS employees (from peers to leadership).
- Ability to work independently.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Capable of managing multiple and changing priorities.
- Strong analysis and consultative skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience in turning information into meaningful data.
- Ability to build and maintain reports and dashboards.
