POSITION SUMMARY
The Consumer Engagement Manager will be responsible for engaging users of InvolveCare, especially those associates of our corporate customers. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, The Consumer Engagement Manager will help create the best experience for InvolveCare users creating a new standard in user satisfaction. management an agile development environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Leading the engagement of users, thus helping them have a better experience.
Interact with the InvolveCare product team to rapidly create and test functionality.
Develop and implement strategy to meet engagement goals for partnership clients including user satisfaction and other success metrics.
Work with business owners to create a feedback loop of data and customer/consumer insights back to product iterations
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to turn what is the customer wants into what they need and love, using deep listening and insight
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including writing product stories, requirements, , and other necessary communications.
Outstanding customer service attitude, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects during the same time period effectively.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, with flawless execution.
EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
