POSITION SUMMARY
Lead the strategy, development and continuous optimization of iTriage B2B online properties to support revenue and brand awareness.including the company website, ecommerce site, and client marketing stores Manage and grow inbound lead generation pipeline for B2B audiences (hospitals, payors, employers, doctors, urgent care centers) in conjunction with B2B marketing team.
Lead consumer marketing digital team and define new strategies, programs, and outlets to grow active user community for all mediums (web, tablets, mobile app) and expand usage/brand affinity for existing users, Manage operations and team for mobile advertising, SEM, content/widget distribution, and social channels.
EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION
Oversee the company website, lead gen and training microsites, e-commerce site, client marketing store, and future microsites. Build digital marketing efforts (B2B and B2B2C) to support client growth.
Lead the development of new interactive programs and properties- from concept to completion. Lead B2B SEO/SEM, content curation/distribution and social media strategy to increase traffic to corporate website, increase conversion rates, and drive more leads into the sales funnel.
Work with product management and marketing teams to translate marketing objectives, brand, content, and thought leadership into interactive marketing strategies and tactics that drive increased customer/prospect/client engagement and leads.
Evaluate key performance indicators and manage budgets for digital spend. Make program adjustments to continuously optimize interactive efforts.
Manage day-to-day web operations and content updates.
Qualifications:
9 years of experience driving business results via digital marketing, websites, online, and social. At least 3 years of people management experience. Ability to supervise and provide clear directions to junior digital marketers.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with full range of digital communication methods and proven track record of delivering results.
Strong understanding of metrics and hands-on experience with effective SEM and CRO programs. Ability to forecast and trend data using basic spreadsheet tools (Excel).
Understanding of the analytic, technical, creative and strategic influences on project planning, implementation and measurement.
Proven ability to tie together digital marketing, social and ecommerce activities. Experience conceiving and executing website CRO tests, with a focus on the customer experience and sales pipeline.
Strong budget management and project management experience; superb attention to the details of execution
Strong interpersonal skills to function effectively in a team environment and cross-functionally with product teams. Ability to champion ideas, foster innovation, and garner support from multiple teams.
Experience with digital media formats and delivery methods, web programming, WordPress CMS, and design experience a plus.
