POSITION SUMMARY
Independently manage, plan and administer Quality Assurance (QA) test activities for one or more assigned projects. This includes:
* Manage all test team activities
* Build and deliver QA project status reports and metrics on test case development, test execution progress, defect tracking and schedule milestones
* Independently create reliable project schedules, for self and others, while identifying associated dependencies, constraints and assumptions
* Independently participate in project/release level meetings
* Facilitate and participate in risk/issue identification, impact analysis and mitigation and contingency planning
* Coordinate issue resolution, defect tracking and defect triage activities
* Provide cross-project information, resourcing requests and release scheduling input
EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
Project Management/Project Management Professional (PMP) is desired
Quality Assurance/Certified Tester, Foundation Level is desired

RELATED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:
* Strong Project Management skills with experience managing complex IT projects within an integrated program, preferably in Healthcare or Insurance industry
* Strong leadership skills, with proven ability to provide clear direction to matrixed resources
* Experienced in use of PM tools to track all aspects of QA projects
* Strong multi-tasking skills are a must for this exciting, fast-paced environment
