POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a high energy, highly motivated sales professional to increase and maintain membership through new medical and ancillary insurance product sales in the Small Business segment (2-100 market) for the Columbus, Ohio market. Develops and cultivates strong relationships with key constituents (producers, plan sponsors and/or consumers depending on business) to maximize sales opportunities and achieve profitable growth.Motivate Agents to sell Aetna Small Group (2-100) medical and ancillary products. Train Agents on Aetna products, policies and procedures. Promote cross selling. Help resolve escalated service issues.

EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
Insurance/Life and Health Insurance License is required

ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION
A bachelors degree along with 2 to 4 years of sales experience within the healthcare industry is preferred. Must be well organized with great attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must, with the ability to interact with a wide variety of audiences. Ohio Life and Health license is required along with a valid driver's license. Must have and maintain a good driving record.
