Managing a book of 5 to 7 clients.-Creating ad hoc reports, customized dashboards, and consultative analytics to identify root causes for drivers of healthcare cost and utilization using DART. - Developing and deploying analytic and strategic analytic and account plans for each client while leveraging to the rest of the team.-Supporting the testing, implementation and roll-out of major products, data feeds and enhancements to clients' core analytic tool sets. -Participating as a member of a multi-disciplinary team comprised of internal SMEs and client representatives to gather requirements for future deliverables.-Supporting the ongoing new sales and up-selling opportunities for employer clients.-Administrative reporting support including revenue projections, profitability analysis, and efficiency opportunities. Communicates compelling and concise results to empower client groups in decision making regarding initiative opportunities (*)Conducts thorough business case and external customer value analysis to determine selection, prioritization positioning and approach for broadest range of potential solutions (eg. outsourcing, process improvements, technology solutions) (*)Conducts client contracting process, builds optimal influential client relationship for results and deliverables and manages relationship throughout engagement (*)

EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Master's degree.
