POSITION SUMMARY
Resource serves as a centralized expert within theWorkAbility Self Administered Solution application.This resource would be a primary point of contact to be used for requirements, documentation, process flows, new client implementations, sales/marketing support, as well as identify efficiency and strategic opportunities with collaboration with WorkAbility self-adminstration and other business teams.

Fundamental Components:
Performs analysis and translates business needs to create high-quality Business Requirements and Functional Specifications documentation within specified time frames to solve moderately complex problems (multiple interfaces with other systems within a business unit) considering all impacted components from an end-to-end perspective.
Competent to work with minimal supervision in a technical capacity on most phases of the system analysis.
Guides and advises less-experienced Business Analysts and system users.
Develops Functional test plans and User Acceptance test plans and scenarios.
Coordinates Functional and User Acceptance Testing by developing and executing the testing strategy, scheduling resources and facilities, and tracking test performance.
Conducts impact analysis of technology changes on business processes and existing technology.
Conducts interviews, fact-finding, and independent research to design creative, progressive IT solutions for business problems.
Facilitates collaborative system and data design sessions with the user community, technical architecture resources, and development resources.
Assists in the development of data models and interface design specifications.
Develops system workflow diagrams.
Facilitates the design and mapping of data conversion strategies.
Documents, tracks, and resolves issues related to data quality.
Developes Product Overviews, FAQs, Tool Glossaries, and system user documentation to support implementation activities.
Applies specific functional and/or business expertise to perform assigned tasks and develop specific project deliverables.
Completes project activities on time and within budget, and proactively identifies and communicates issues that may jeopardize milestones or project budget to the Project Manager.
Adheres to APS project management methodology by utilizing internal procedures and tools and identifying areas for methodology improvement.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:
Experience in developing system requirements, documentation, process flows and supporting new client implementations.
Proven track record of collaboration with other business teams.
SFTP transmission knowledge
Experience in end user support and error research and testing

EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience.
