Enterprise Talent Development is currently seeking a qualified Talent Development Facilitator in either our Blue Bell, PA; Chicago, IL; or Dallas, TX location. The successful candidate will deliver leadership, professional development and talent management process education to Aetna’s employees and leaders.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary internal facilitator for Talent Development learning resources delivered to Aetna employees and leaders, including both custom resources as well as vendor supported. This includes travel to regional Aetna offices for instructor led classroom events.
• Facilitate using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as: instructor led classroom; webinar; role playing and simulations; team exercises; group discussions; videos; teleconference or video conference; self-paced; and e-learning.
• Develop, maintain and market the master schedule of delivery for all learning resources in the Learning Center, including creating necessary resources and events, as well as managing employee rosters.
• Create, develop and/or maintain course materials, facilitator instructions, participant guides, job aids, reference materials and other materials and/or utilize purchased training programs that meet identified learning goals.
• Manage budget and resources for vendor support programs facilitated by Talent Development.
• Integrate expert understanding of enterprise talent management processes, tools and infrastructure in conjunction with Aetna’s strategic and operational goals to effectively design talent development solutions that are enterprise-wide in impact and scope.
• Utilize workforce and talent analytics to help define talent development program goals.
• Consult with business leaders to drive a disciplined approach to talent management that supports Aetna’s talent culture and aligns Aetna’s talent processes and tools to the client’s business goals.
• Work collaboratively with all Talent Management and HR disciplines to ensure a cohesive and integrated workforce development approach that supports the principles of integration, simplification and business impact.
• Interact comfortably and credibly with Aetna’s senior leaders.
• Simultaneously manages multiple, complex, enterprise-wide talent development projects.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 5 – 7 years previous experience as primary instructional facilitator, preferably with leadership development programs.
• 7 – 10 years Talent Development, Human Resources and/or Learning & Development experience.
• Learning Management System experience administering courses, events and rosters.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Preferred Qualifications:
• DDI Facilitator Skills Certification.

• Office-based position but with telework opportunity for 2 days out of the week.
• Part-time telework opportunity (3 days office-based and 2 days telework).
