POSITION SUMMARY
Function as the member eligibility product owner. Seek out opportunities to implement new process flows or streamline existing flows with the goal of improving member and client satisfaction and ensure financial accuracy. Swiftly troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions. Improve efficiency of the member eligibility process. Collaborate with program delivery, developers and testers on requirements, clarifications, and testing. Brainstorm possible alternatives to limit member disruption. Recognize when something requires further investigation to ensure quality member experience.

- Participates in testing of system changes, fixes or upgrades.
- Mediates and coordinates resolution of all project deliverables as it relates to the pharmacy organization.
- Possesses functional knowledge of the other units in the department and organization.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:
Proven communication skills both written and verbal
Past positions required acting as a project lead and directing a team
Proven ability to affect change/interpersonal skills
3-5 years healthcare industry experience
Solid Project Management and supervisory skills
Experience with Agile methodologies highly preferred

In depth knowledge of pharmacy products, services and system capabilities, especially member eligibility.

EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
