The Audio Engineering Society is migrating many of our member services to a new tool called "MemberSuite", but we prefer to call it the "AES Portal". This is where we've begun to handle event registrations (such as for the upcoming Los Angeles convention) plus it has options for paying dues, storing a credit card, downloading AES Standards, and much more.

For security reasons your username and password from the AES website could not be transferred into the new system, which means you'll need to setup a new Login. By default we have setup your Login ID as your primary email address, which you should type into the "forgot password/reset password" form here:

http://www.aes.org/portal/setup

You should then wait for an email to arrive with a subject of "Reset Audio Engineering Society Password" - it will be from this email address: "Audio Engineering Society

You should then click on the link in that email to reset your password since your old password was not loaded into the new system.

After you've setup your new password you can login here and check that all your information looks correct:

http://www.aes.org/portal

If you have any problems please contact AES Member Services for help.

Please note that during this interim period you'll continue to have your old login for the main AES website and also this new login for the AES Portal. Later this year we'll complete the migration and then you'll be able to use this new Login ID everywhere, including on the main AES website.
