HPU B.Sc. Nursing Admission Form 2016-17
Himachal University Shimla which was established in 1970 is published a B.Sc. Nursing & Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing entrance test notice 2016 at official website and various national newspapers also for 2016 – 17 session on 05.05.2016. The entrance test will be conducted for admission in four years degree/ two years course for Sister Nivedita Govt.College of Nursing, IGMC Shimla (60 seats) and Private Nursing Colleges/Institutions (305 Seats) in Himachal Pradesh. Out of which 50% Seats will be filled from Management Quota for Private Nursing College. Only Female Candidates can apply Online for HPU Shimla B.Sc Nursing Degree Course. Academic session will be commenced from 01.09.2016.
Qualification/ Eligibility – Female Candidates of Himachal Pradesh who have 10+2 passed with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English Core/ Elective subjects. For apply 45% marks for General and 40% for others is compulsory in Intermediate. Those results are awaiting from any recognized board/ NIOS, they can also eligible for B.Sc. Nurse course.
Age as on 31.12.2016 – 17 to 35 years. Five years relaxation will be given in case of SC candidate.
Note – Married candidates can also apply if they produce medical fitness certificate.
Fee For Entrance Test B.Sc Nursing –
For General/ OBC and their Sub Categories – Rs. 1400/-.
For SC/ ST and their Sub Categories – Rs. 700/-.
Fee For Entrance Test Post B.Sc. Nursing
For General/ OBC and their Sub Categories – Rs. 2000/-.
For SC/ ST and their Sub Categories – Rs. 1000/-.
Note – Payment will be deposited through NET Banking, Challan Form of SBI and Debit Card/ Credit Card. After filling of form ,E Receipt will be generated.

Keep ready Scan photograph and signature prior to apply.
After the filling of all information print out the computer generated
application form and send it to the office of ” The Deputy Registrar (Entrance Tests), Room No. 10, Administrative Block, Ground Floor, H.P. University, Summer Hill, Shimla – 171 005 (H.P.).
HPU B.Sc. Nursing Entrance Exam 2016 Scheme
It is further intimated that the entrance exam will be organized on 03.07.2016 and 17.07.2016 at Dharamshala, Shimla, Hamirpur and Mandi Districts. Admit Card for entrance test will be download as per provided schedule which will consist Name, Father’s Name, Roll No., Centre of Exam and venue etc. The exam will consist 10+2 standard MCQ as following pattern.
Note – There will be no negative marking. Answer key will be provide University experts. There is no provision for Re checking/ reevaluation.
