I get information from the Sprout Channel all the time, and I don’t have access to the channel on my present cable network. But soon when I move it will be available so I guess I better start paying more attention.
Movement will continue creating magic as Tree Fu Tom launches for a second season on Sprout this week. Encouraging preschoolers to move and develop their motor skills throughout each episode, Tree Fu Tom engages children in action, adventures and physical activity unlike any other show on television. Encouraging each child to become a superhero like Tom and participate in special movements designed by child development specialists, the second season of Tree Fu Tom will take kids on completely new explorations of the magical world of Treetopolis. The new season of Tree Fu Tom premiered on Sprout the other day – Earth Day – at 2:30 PM (ET). The show will continue airing on an ongoing basis at its regularly scheduled times of weekdays at 8:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 2:30 PM and weekends at 6:30 AM, 11:00 AM and 2:30 PM.
In addition to viewing the new season of Tree Fu Tom on Sprout, children will also be able to download the show from several online providers including iTunes, Amazon Instant Video, Google Play and NOOK®.

Aimed at preschoolers, Tree Fu Tom is set in an enchanted world where movement creates magic. Tom appears to be a normal eight-year-old boy, but by putting on his magic belt and performing a special sequence of magic action-movements known as Tree Fu, he is transformed into a tiny but mighty magical superhero. The BAFTA nominated CG series is a global success, airing in more than 75 territories around the globe and is supported by an extensive consumer products program. Tree Fu Tom is a co-production between FremantleMedia Kids & Family Entertainment and the BBC for CBeebies, with animation by Blue Zoo Animation.
