Rajasthan Public Service Commission hosted Rajasthan State & Subordinate Services Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination 2017 in Optical Mark Recognition Based Answer Sheet to SHORTLIST the Candidates for Rajasthan State & Subordinate Services Combined Competitive (Main) Examination 2017. The said Optical Mark Recognition Based Preliminary Examination carries Maximum 200 Marks.
Selection Procedure:
Rajasthan State & Subordinate Services Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination 2017 comprising One Paper carries 200 Marks with deduction of 1/3rd of the Marks allotted to the Objective-Type Multiple Choice Questions.
Rajasthan State & Subordinate Services Combined Competitive (Main) Examination – 2017 consisting of Four (04) Papers; viz., General Studies I / General Studies II / General Studies III / General English & General Hindi, with each carrying 200 Marks.

Selection Criteria:
The Public Service Commission, Rajasthan (PSCR) shall separately draw up a Final Community wise Merit List based on the Sufficient High Marks secured In Aggregate both in RPSC held Rajasthan State & Subordinate Services Combined Competitive (Main) Examination 2017 and Personality Test.

Procedure for Selection:
The Candidates who have scored such Minimum Qualifying Marks in the Main Written Examination stipulated by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission in their discretion shall be summoned for Personality Test carrying 100 Marks. The Personality Test shall coincide with Verification of the Testimonials
The Commission shall award the Marks to each Candidate Interviewed by them. In screening / interviewing the Candidates in addition to awarding the Marks for Character, Personality, Address, Physique, Marks shall also be awarded for the candidate’s knowledge of Rajasthani Culture. However, for selection to the Rajasthan Police Service, the candidates having ‘C’ Certificate of NCC shall be given Preference.
The Marks so awarded shall be added to the Marks scored in the Main Written Test by such candidates that shall lead to preparation of Final Select List / Final Merit List.
Final Selection to the Posts of the Candidates shall be made for induction into 17 Departments State Services and 12 Departments in Subordinate Services cited here under:
